Matthew Hickin , DDS, MS

Dr. Matthew Hickin earned his DDS from Columbia University - College of Dental Medicine. Prior to that, he earned his BS at Johns Hopkins University.Dr. Hickin believes in taking a conservative, patient-centric approach to dentistry whenever possible. He encourages the patient to be as involved in the decision-making process as he is. Dr. Hickin has a love for the combination of art and science. He uses evidence-based dentistry combined with the practice and experience of himself and the rest of the team when coming up with treatment plans for his patients.Dr. Hickin enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He enjoys skiing and cooking as well. Dr. Hickin spends his summers and winters at Lake George in upstate New York. Dr. Hickin is a member of the American Dental Association, Mass Dental Society, North Shore Dental Society, American Academy of Periodontology, and the American Board of Periodontology.Dr. Hickin was voted a Top Dentist by Boston Magazine in 2018.
